My career began in photography school, I wanted to learn to capture memories and people as I saw them, not according to my camera's auto option.
I expanded into the yoga, fitness and nutrition world because taking great care of yourself allows you to
fully experience great moments.
In both photography and health coaching, I encourage my clients to be themselves, and I provide insight or direction where necessary.
Look this way, do that again, lift this, stretch that, try this. I aim to capt the memories of how you are in that moment, and help to push you to
where you want to be.
I am a professionally trained photographer, yoga teacher, personal trainer and nutrition coach. I'm incredibly grateful that I've managed to piece together a (seemingly crazy) career that allows me to
work with amazing people doing a little bit of everything I love.
